Information We Collect
When you apply for membership, register for an event, request a document or write to the secretariat, AIDA collects the details you provide — typically your name, firm name, email address, mobile number, dealership address and relevant registration details.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process your membership application, maintain the association's member register, communicate circulars and announcements, administer event registrations, and respond to your enquiries. AIDA does not sell member data.
Sharing of Information
Member details may be shared with the relevant state chapter of the association and, where required, with government or regulatory authorities for representation and compliance purposes. Information is not shared with commercial third parties for marketing.
Data Retention
Membership records are retained for as long as the membership remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet statutory and record-keeping requirements.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information held about you by writing to the AIDA secretariat. Requests are handled within a reasonable period.
